Welcome to ESPIRITU,
This retreat is an entire day of ceremonial offering. I will show you everything I have learnt in the art of holding space, ceremony and communing with our allies in the plant and spirit worlds. A sacred blend of workshops, ceremonial offerings, movement, breath, connection and community. Not only a deeply healing experience but an opportunity to learn, sharpen or refine skills within holding your own sacred medicine space
This retreat is in and of itself a complete offering.
I will share with you how I conduct ceremony from start to finish as we move through the process together, gain behind the doors insight into the preparation and ritual that goes into creating an optimal environment for a powerful offering. Let us extend these ways of moving within ceremony into the everyday life, transforming the mundane into a sacred offering to life itself.
What to expect?
Sage workshop: Learning about the traditional uses and healing proporties of Sage. Creating a personalised Sage stick with other medicinal herbs and medicine. I will show you how I personally use Sage and we will hold a cleansing ceremony once we have made the connection to this beautiful and power ally.
Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony: Learn about Blue Lotus and its use within the ceremonial space. Blue Lotus will be opening us to the subtle realms for the first time of the day, here we will set intentions for our time together.
Gentle embodied moving meditation: An eyes closed, open heart moving mediation design to allow blue lotus to move with the currents of our inner waters.
Drumming Journey.
Cacao Preparation: We will be preparing and brewing our cacao together. I’ll show you how I prepare, cleanse and pray with the cacao and we will all participate in the brewing process from start to finish.
Opening sacred space: I will explain why I open sacred space the way I do. What I have learnt through my experience within medicine spaces around the world with different master plants. You will then write your invocation which will be used for your own personal ceremonies.
Cacao Ceremony: We will then partake in the drinking of ceremonial cacao and I will guide each of you through a Shamanic Cacao Ceremony.
